After an unsuccessful attempt to enter the theater institute, the main character - Lyudmila Dobriyvechir - returns home by intercity bus. The bus breaks down. Having found herself without money on the road, Lyudmila has no choice but to hire a gas station. Workdays begin, filled with various events and adventures. Having successfully overcome all life's disagreements and obstacles, Lyudmila becomes the owner of the gas station. Skillfully running a business, she turns an ordinary gas station into a large roadside complex, which includes a motel, food outlets and even a small club, where pop celebrities who go on tour are happy to perform. And one day the man of her dreams appears. At Ludmila's wedding all the heroes of the film walk, including pop stars.
