In 1873, the Taras Shevchenko Society of Ukrainian Literature was founded in Lviv in the name of establishing the nation, saving the language and culture. This is a story about its history from 1873 to 1914.

It is difficult to call the period between the two world wars favorable for the development of Ukrainian science and culture, the only center of which remained the Scientific Society. T. Shevchenko. However, with the arrival of Soviet power in Lviv, it was banned.

Movie 3

50 years after the ban, the Scientific Society named after T. Shevchenko. The indestructible brotherhood of intellect and conscience has returned to its homeland.
