The story of few simple Soviet guys who decided to link their lives with aviation. But their fate did not let the heroes fly in the peaceful dawned sky. In June 1941 the habitual way of life for millions of people has been violated, and the open spaces of the USSR broke by the most terrible and bloody war in the history. The guys had to quickly master their skills of air combat, because the Luftwaffe aces did not forgive them any mistakes. Carefree youth was left behind, and in front of them were five years of continuous battles.
