Pregnant Emma comes on foot to the maternity hospital where nurse Valentina works. Difficult childbirth ends with the birth of a boy, the mother has complications. Between life and death, Emma confesses to Valentina that the child's father Yegor is the son of a criminal authority nicknamed Grandfather. After recovering, Emma escapes from the hospital to inform Yegor about the birth of her son, and at the time of the meeting their car is blown up. Valentina is single and can't have children.
