1949. In hard-to-reach areas of the Carpathians, the MGB detachment hunts the last surviving rebels. Young girl Anna, fleeing persecution, gets into the rebel camp. There she meets childhood friend Nico. An unexpected raid causes the rebels to split into small divisions and flee.

The film is based on a true story.
