Late in the evening Sergei Ivanovich is phoned from the military registration and enlistment office with a request to provide a studio photo of his son - a participant in the fighting in the Donbass. After picking a few photos from the family archive, he embarks on a journey in the morning. Another meeting with his son and quarrel with him forces Sergey Ivanovich to change plans - he leaves the selected pictures to Alexei to deliver them on purpose.
