The film tells how during the war, the Odesa National Art Museum holds exhibitions of contemporary art, the Kulish Theatre operates in liberated Kherson, and the Vydelka Fest, organized by soldier Serhii Hniezdilov, brings together artists in Vylkove.

The film highlights the stories of Kherson residents Yulia Manukyan and Oleksandr Zhukovskyi, who set up a residence in the occupation, the path of cultural diplomacy of Ukrainian singer Jamala and the artistic resistance of Crimean artist Antik Danov.
