Borys Horsky works as a nurse in a private plastic surgery clinic, where he meets a patient who is only known in the clinic as his name is Ilya, and he is under the personal care of the head doctor - the owner of the clinic. A little later, Boris accidentally learns that Ilya Karasev is the son of a high-ranking official and a drug addict with experience. And a few days later Elijah is found dead in the ward. Death occurred as a result of overdose. Boris is beginning to suspect that he brought Elijah drugs.
Following the doctor's urgent advice, Boris tries to escape from the city in his parents' car, but gets into an accident. The perpetrators of the accident Oleg and his girlfriend Katka return the wounded Boris back to the city. Realizing that he has nowhere to run from the events he witnessed, Boris decides to find out what happened in the clinic, and what relation to everything that is happening, has the chief physician of the clinic.
