A secret government organization, whose true mission is known only to a limited number of people, is hiding under the guise of a regular department in one of Kyiv's ministries. Their task is to detect the invasion of the past into the present or vice versa. Moving from one historical epoch to another, the staff of the Time Guard prevents attempts to manipulate history, because any violation can affect the natural course of time.
