At the heart of each series are the mystical stories of heroes who, at some point in their lives, turned to magicians, bioenergy and psychics for help. The main task of the program – to understand each story and find a way out, resorting to the help of experts: psychologist, doctor, priest. In each series, each character's story is viewed from different angles.

Each series of Mystical Stories consists of two episodes that are not related to each other. The presenter is the storyteller of each story. In the series, the characters have no dialogues, the whole story is based on the off-screen text of the presenter. Each episode is interrupted by the comments of experts who express their views on the events or actions of the episode's heroes.
