On September 29, 1941, one of the worst crimes of the twentieth century took place in Babi Yar Tract. In one day, about 34,000 Jews were shot here. Eleanor, in whose eyes the father, mother, sister, son, neighbors, friends were killed, miraculously managed to escape. 60 years later, becoming a wealthy and influential woman engaged in international politics, she comes to her native Kyiv to worship the graves of her relatives and find the one that saved her life.
