The Odette escapes from the Narrator, playing with him as if to lure. Unable to catch her, the Narrator gives in to her thoughts and thoughts. When he is lonely, he finds Odet unwell. Clothes are cough suppressed. The narrator rushes to her, but solidifies, he takes away the opportunity to move. Odette dies in agony, in front of the Narrator, who cannot budge. The narrator hides Odet. He lives on, without her, goes to the subway. When his train leaves the ground, Odet stands outside the platform.
