A homeless boy is spending the night in the cellars, peeking out the window at an inaccessible ballerina and dreaming of winning a million by shooting a dash in the air. However, hitting a target brings nothing but a "prize" pile of cigarette butts and a mockery of an old dash worker. And then he becomes the target.
