After the years of pointless and exhausting wars which led country into the economic and humanitarian catastrophe it was decided to develop and implement the AI analog of the government with a fully automated workflow. It was the start of the transition into the cybercommunism. Unfortunately, this technology didn't meet its expectations and soon The Central Computer started to create its own obedient army of drones for cleaning of antisocial elements of society. The environmental pollution forced the rest of the people to move into one mega-city. As a result of the repressions and general barrenness the population of the USSR has reduced by two thirds during the last 50 years. It is expected that all biological forms of life will be instinct by the end of this century.
