Seventeen-year-old pupil of the provincial orphanage Dasha falls victim to a wealthy crook Bogdanova. To protect his property from confiscation, he extradites Dasha as his extramarital daughter, who he has sought to redress past sins and give his daughter a prestigious education abroad. In fact, Bogdanov wants to copy his property to the girl and get rid of her.

Only he did not take into account that Dasha has a strong-willed, freedom-loving character: the girl, who grew up in an orphanage, is accustomed to making decisions on her own.
