A story about the problems of refugees living in Ukraine. At the heart of the story is Russian Alexei and Uzbek Nurhan.

Russian public activist Alexei has been living in Ukraine without a status for four years. He is here through political persecution. Despite the burden of life without status, Alexey tries to work and participates in many measures against Russia's aggression in Ukraine. Kyrgyzstan's Nurhan, a journalist, has been seeking asylum with her three teenage children since spring 2018. The Borderless Project team assists them in their quest for freedom and security.
