A young Ukrainian patriot – Ludmyla Foja – lives in Kyiv when the Germans occupied Ukraine in 1941. She joins the organization of Ukrainian nationalists and takes part in struggle against fascist’s rule. When in 1943 the Soviet Army come she continues to fight for independent Ukrainian State against the new enemy.
