About relationships between people and trees. An attempt to question the human view of nature, to find the subjectivity of a tree and to explore its radical differentness. Using the example of fifteen "winners" of the contest "National Trees of Ukraine", we examine the image of the tree in the language of legislation, environmental journalism and pantheistic poetry.
