In the kingdom of Tears, King Plaksius rules, which forbids laughter and fun, because the biggest delicacy for him is people's tears. Unlike him is Uncle Loscoton's merry party, which rejoices the little ones and their parents, giving them hope there. In spite of all the cunning of King Placius and his possessions, Uncle Loscoton defeats the villain, forcing him to die of laughter.
