A pledge not recovered from the Ukrainian village lost in the civil war. Where the Haydamak detachment goes – whether to help or to kill – will only be clear on the spot. In the middle of the snow-covered fields there is a harsh drama – betrayal and revenge, the law of man and the law of God.
