The film is dedicated to the memory of all who fought for Ukraine's freedom, and in particular: the memory of the ten million Ukrainians who died in the war, the memory of the countless millions of victims of the communist repression and two and a half million Ukrainians who are Ostarbeiters. This film is a tribute to all who survived the Nazi and Bolshevik enslavement of Ukraine in the twentieth century.
