A magical story of well-being and evil, friendship and love, treachery and decency, based on the 18th-century Crimean Tatar legend of Hadir Dede, a wise old man who could visit any home under the guise of a stranger and solve any problem.

The greed of the tax collector prevents the union of the hearts of the two romantic characters. Their little siblings, who manage to meet the magician, go to the aid of the lovers. He, with the help of a just ruler, punishes evil and rewards those who are good, honor the elders and the pure in heart.
