Ivan - a simple, good-natured man - wakes up in his apartment and notices Kasia's mare outside the window. Having a compassionate heart and a kind soul, he leaves it to himself, drives the city. What is a mare capable of and where to shelter her? Kasia becomes a problem for Ivan and the subject of all sorts of speculation. Because of the mare, Ivan is having various troubles with his beloved woman, a newly minted businessman, and with kidnappers who want to steal an animal for meat. But unlike everyday problems, it is easy to get rid of by letting go.
