The 18th Docudays UA International Documentary Film Festival, which runs from March 26 to April 4, will focus on the human right to health. His slogan is "Complete recovery".
DocuDays UA will talk about the mythology associated with the emergence of the coronavirus, changes in society, including poverty alleviation, corporate ethics, health care, communications, and what human rights had to be abandoned in exchange for health care society. And also about the role of our immune system in the new reality of coronary crisis. The film festival will discuss whether people have access to medical services and rehabilitation in the context of the armed conflict in eastern Ukraine and the annexed Crimea. Together with experts, they will also analyze the medicine of pain and the benefits of medical cannabis and launch a new campaign "For the observance of the rights of expectant mothers and fathers in maternity hospitals."
A number of Ukrainian premieres will take place in the DOCU / UKRAINE national competition:
- "May far, may well" / As far as possible, directed by Anna Yaroshevich;
- "Land of Ivan", directed by Andriy Lysetsky;
- "Salt from Bonneville", directed by Semyon Mozgovy;
- "Tale of a Toy Horse", directed by Ulyana Osovska and Denis Strashny;
- “Roses. ROSES Film-Cabaret", directed by Iryna Stetsenko.
These films will also be nominated for the Student Jury Prize, the Andriy Matrosov Prize from the organizers of Docudays UA and the RIGHTS NOW Award.

The organizers involved Anatoliy Surma, the author of cartoons from Teofipol, Khmelnytsky region, to develop the identity and the festival video. The main poster is Sanitary, and the three-dimensional font on a yellow background resembles the design of a medicine package.
