"Film Review" is a three-day program of film screenings and master classes, the main focus of which is on the competition of short Ukrainian films and the opening of new names. The first Movie Review took place between September 12 and September 14, 2019 in Kiev at the Cinema House.
The event aims to support new names in the Ukrainian film industry. Program of the most current Ukrainian short films of students, graduates and debutants was presented at the Film Review.
The project was previously partially implemented as part of the GogolFest Festival from 2015 to 2017. Contemporary Ukrainian Cinema "SUK" team has been involved in the film program of the festival and for three years held a competition "Golden BIT", where the audience selected the best films in five categories: game, documentary, animation, video art and music video.
