Art and reality are intricately intertwined in the life of the theater team. Two actors are gearing up for a night-time television in which the mysterious niece Beretti brings his first novel, Thread Ariadne, to writer Kwasniewski. Related to that thread are Ariadne, wandering around in search of ideals and not finding them.
