At the heart of the story is the relationship between two completely different characters: a purposeful manager girl and a locked sawmill chief.
Elena works in a metropolitan industrial holding and aims for a position of a top manager. But her colleague adjusts that the girl is sent to a problem object – a sawmill far off the beaten track.
To raise the saw, Olena needs to find a common language with her boss Andrew. However, he used to work the old way and does not adopt modern management methods. Will the girl be able to establish relations with the boss and deal with the insidious Jeanne, who always has a hidden surprise?
